Pharma City – an exclusive city project for pharmaceutical companies wherein leading pharma companies will come under one area with manufacturing facility to final shipping facility will be available along with labor camps and staff residences all within the same vicinity. The idea is to bring in multinational companies, their brands, their expertise, their culture all under one umbrella.
Sports Academy – a world class sports academy comprising of more than 10 sports to be led by sporting legends. The idea is to develop a world class and top sports personalities in these respective sports based on the talents that each one has.
World’s Biggest Film City – A unique concept to bring the art and culture traditions from more than 190 countries under one roof and recreate a entirely new world that will support the film fraternity. All major attractions and destinations across the world will be recreated here which will facilitate the filming team to be confined to this city for all their shooting needs. World’s best technical facilities will also be incorporated.
An underwater theme park – which is unique in its design and execution will be another attraction that would be launched soon.

Dunston Pereira with an experience of 36 years in the corporate world is the CEO of the office of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Faisal Al Qassimi. He is the 2018 National Award Winner & 2019 State Award Winner for Business Excellence.
His 36 years of vast experience is spread in the field of supply chain management, procurement and logistics, operation management, manufacturing, sales and marketing, quality, HR with blue chip companies in India.
He is a media expert with a well connectivity to Indian and World cinemas. An actor (3 movies to his credit), Co-producer (currently involved in 15 movies worth 150 million USD to be produced in the next 5 years) and currently involved in the design and implementation of the World’s Biggest Film City in UAE.
